What Causes Numbness In Chin After Getting An Injection In The Groin?

A doctor injected my groin to help the pain in my leg in the emergency dept. After three hours I was back in hospital for 6 days on dilauded. I now have a numb chin and it burns costantly. Iwas told he damaged my femeral nerve and live with it. It is very painful. Thank You.
