What Causes Numbness In Foot After Uterus And Ovary Removal?

pradeep kaur age 50 I had uterus +ovaries removed 8 months ago.i,m on calcium and vitamins since .And i have now developed complete numbness in my right hip leg foot since 30 days.i have been taking nurabin and tried steroids for 7 days.i can controll my urine.Mri reveals L4L5 lumber pressing a nerve root.and a granuloma at L11 L12.seen please advise
