What Causes Numbness In Hand And Leg On Withdrawal From Isosorbide Mononitrate?

Hi my husband 47years had three stents in the artery a month ago he was okay after that except a mild pain in the heart area nothing related to effort or position of the body, because of that doctor recommend isosorbide mononitrate 30 mg per day he started to have headaches mainly on the back of his had after few days we called the doctor and he took it out now he is experiencing numbness of the left side of his had-face and sometimes even the left arm and leg. The heart pain still comes on once in a while and goes away, he is on atorvastatin, metoprolol,aspirin and brilinta(ticagrelor). Thank you
