What Causes Numbness In Hand And Swelling Of Feet During Pregnancy?

i am 37 weeks pregnant and my left hand is numb constantly and my arm hurts from time to time. My left side from my lower back down to my feet hurt daily and both feel are swollen and my right had goes numb through out the day. can you please explain why?
