What Causes Numbness In Hands And Feet While Driving?

I got very dizzy today while at work. I was able to drive home but on the way my hands and feet started to tingle and go to sleep. it seems if I get constipated I get these symptoms. but I haven't been constipated, I have had regular bowel movements for the last month. can I be constipated while still having daily bowel movements? and why would constipation make me dizzy?
