What Causes Numbness In Hands And Legs Along With Delusional Vision?

My MRI said I had multiple white matter lesions. I m a 50 year old female with low blood pressure but I do has a history of headaches that Tylenol and Topamax work on. Lately for no reason I can think of I m having numbness like at the same time my left big toe and the outside of my right foot went numb. Sometimes it s my hands and fingers or fingers and foot. The other night I got up to use the restroom and our Woodford looked like there was a large black hole in it. The MRI was many years ago. Should I be considered or is this just part of getting older?
