What Causes Numbness In Hands And Legs?

Was told in 2008 that my t1 was damaged has given me pain and discomfort and seems to be getting worse to the point now hands and arms go numb and sometimes feels like I'm a bobble head and its going to fall off I went to a kyropractor and he stated that he couldn't do anything for my neck the pain sometimes makes me wish I owned a gun and thank god I don't I have been to few doctors as they all say there is nothing wrong with me and even had one say it was just carpool tunnel what should I do I'm at my ropes end on this situation and don't know where to turn I acedently gave the wrong email its YYYY@YYYY
