What Causes Numbness In Hands During Night And Tingling Sensation In Feet During Day?

I get numbness in my hands during the night and tingling in my feet during the day. I am on high blood pressure pills and a pill for my heart rate Would this cause it or what would be causing this. It does not last long when it occurs. If you need more information please let me know. Thank you
