What Causes Numbness In Hands, Fingers And Feet While Having Carpal Tunnel?

On both hands my thumbs and m y first two fingers are numb and at times it feels like pins are sticking in them! Im noticing my nailbeds are changing colors! however I do have carpal tunnel in the right arm! But at times my feet feel numb and cold too! Im getting a little scared here!
