What Causes Numbness In Hands, Headache And Muscle Aches?

I ve been having numbness in my hands, headache, slight muscle aches, and popping of the ears. My vision been slightly blurry. No swollen lymph nodes or diarehha. I also have recently found out that I have herpes simplex 2. I took an Ora quick test for HIV and it came back negative. What can be causing this?
