What Causes Numbness In Left Arm Of A Person With Coronary Heart Disease?

I am 41 male. Had a mi at 33. Have 9 coronary stents, 6 in circumflex /3 in coronary. Last three were put in 2013. For two weeks left arm continues to " go to sleep" numbness. However no other angina symptoms.jaw hurt during other episodes but not experienced that lately. Any suggestions? Thanks
