What Causes Numbness In Left Hand And Left Leg?

Hi I was having a problem with my arm for a while. My arm would net numb and it feels like im loosing circulation in my hand this happens all day and it just falls asleep find. I am not sure what it is but its not the hand I use its my left hand. I have notice as well it would sometimes happen on my left leg but on the top by your hamstrings
