What Causes Numbness In Legs Along With Blood In Urine?

I have an elderly friend who has been having numbness in her legs, blood in her urine, sweating, it comes in spells, this is the second time it has happened in 3 days. She had fallen on the first spell, her legs look swollen, she doesn't want to go to the hospital or see a doctor, things it's just being tired.. Is it something worse?
