What Causes Numbness In Legs And Tingling Sensations All Over Body Post Alcohol Withdrawal?

hey....im 6months sober from alcohol....cold turkey.......my hands and feet are colder than normal......numb feelings in my right leg from my knee to the side of my leg.....tingling sensations in my body.......feeling light headed........also diagnosed with general anxiety.....prescribed medicine(buspirone) but I don't take it.......im a bus driver and its affecting my job performance...........im I going through withdrawal symptoms?
