What Causes Numbness In Nose ?

When I woke this morning, my nose was numb, and I dont have a lot of memory about today. I had a 3 rd degree heart block 4 yrs ago and have a pacemaker. I am also very very tired. There doesnt seem to be any fluid build up anywhere....should I be concerned.
