What Causes Numbness In One Side Of Body After A Mini Stroke?

I have no feeling on my left the e.r. said that I had a mini stroke on Feb. 15th I had some feeling come back with lots of tingling then Thursday night I got a really bad headache again went to bed then Friday morning the feeling was gone and has been for almost a month now my doctor disagrees she ordered an mri came back normal so has all the other tests they done I was also just recently been diagnosed with a heart condition high chlosterol hypothyrodism what the heckler is going on and will I ever get the feeling back or is it permant please help
