What Causes Numbness In Right Side Of Head And Right Arm?

Just woke up with the right side of my head and my right arm "asleep". Its happened quite often recently, and starting to worry me. When I layed down, i also felt nauseous. I've also had vertigo recently, don't know if it's related. Any help would really be appreciated.
