What Causes Numbness In The Head?

hello ...my head is numb on the right side ..my eye is lazy also ...i had a cat scan done last week at the ER ...and they said it was fine ..and i was having migraines ...prescribed me some vicatin...i felt better ..but my head is still numb and my eye is still droopy ..um scared please help
