What Causes Numbness In The Nose?

Hi doc.I feel like my upper nose near the nose bridge is numb and the sides of my nose is swelling.i do not have clogged nose or any cold.i can breath easily..what troubles me is the numbness and sweeling of the side.please tell me what to do to be okay.
