What Causes Numbness In Tongue With Metallic Taste?

I have numbness in my tongue with a metallic taste, sometimes sore tongue on the tip. Also, occasional dizziness. I also have numbness in toes, twitching in my legs at night and frequent muscle cramps. My face is numb around the jaw bone on the left side. That was my first symptom but it is not constant. I had sudden headache too, was tested for stroke at the ER by CAT scan which looked normal. That was six weeks ago. The most bothersome symptom currently is the tongue issues.
