What Causes Numbness On Back Of Head?

I have numbness on the back of my head and comes after i wake up in the morning. It was there today morning in the head right hand side, back side top corner. Before that I was experiencing some slight pain behind the ear. The numbness is slightly also there during daytime. Its like u know its not the same as the left side head. I hpe u understand .I am 50 yrs old man. Not suffering from anything so far.
