What Causes Numbness On Face And Pain In Eyes?

I have had cold like symptoms. Yellow mucus in nose, coughing up mucus and today I woke up my temp was 94.7 and has ggradually increased to 96.0. My face feels numb and my eyes are hurting. I feel a lot ppressure in my head. Any ideas what this could be?
