What Causes Numbness On Left Side Of Arm And Face Along With Dizziness?

my neck, shoulder, and arm on my left side have hurt for a month now. I went to emergency when pain started and they hooked me up to a machine to check my heart and told me I was fine and that it was probably just my anxiety, which I take Zoloft for. I ve been rubbing Icy Hot on it to dull the pain for a month now. the pain isn t as bad anymore, but now it s more of a numb feeling on left side of face and arm, and I ve been feeling a little dizzy. The dizziness comes and gos but the numbness is still there. If it s not my heart, than what could it be?
