What Causes Numbness On Right Side Of Body And Face?

I have been experiencing numbness on the right side of my body that originates at the face and goes to the bottom of my knee. i do have a bulging disc at L-5-S-! and C5-C6, but the MRI's show no nerves are being compressed. What else could be causing the numbness and muscle weakness? It has been 6 months
