What Causes Numbness On Right Side Of Face After Having Ibuprofen?

I am 50yrs old have high blood pressure bypass at37 yrs old had a head pain for2 days now gone .ibuprofen 600mg every 6hrs and tylonal with codine every 4 hrs for broken finger.right side of my face is a little numb my lips on right numb just right side .is this a small stroke? bill
