What Causes Numbness On The Legs And Vaginal Pain?

Hi im having some issues i hope i can describe good enough....for the last week or so i noticed that my lefy leg not the whole like everything under the knee down to the ankle has been falling asleep or going numb..there isnt circulation block or anything it just happens out of no where...i also sometimes feel a weird feeling in my arms like its sharp but i cant say it hurts...i also have a very weird pain in mybelly not really in my belly but like right over my vagina si i guess in my ovarie section or something but idk...the pain is more toward the left side....i dont kow what wrong with me..im scared...whats wrong with me..btw im 21
