What Causes Numbness On The Lips And Gum With Nausea And Dizziness?

My mom is five foot, 100 pounds and is going to turn 50 in October. Lately, she has been experiencing this numbness on her upper lip and gums as well as a very high blood pressure. I would like to consider my mom a workaholic because she is constantly under a great deal of stress. She runs a restaurant business and takes care of my 87 year old grandfather. She has had a hysterectomy at 40. Her doctors had her still taking a contraceptive, which we believe caused this constant diarrhea because once she stopped taking them, nearly several years later, this what seemed to be like a severe case of IBS slowed down. She is also very dizzy, nauseous, and bright lightening is bothering her eyes.
