What Causes Numbness On Vaginal Lips?

Hi I'm currently experiencing numbness in my left lip of my vagina also connected to my bottom I also have Crohn's disease and currently on immunosuppressants I'm really worried about this numbness and no idea what is causing it there is no swelling and I know it's not a blood clot thank you
