What Causes Numbness Throughout The Scattered Spots On Face?

Hi doctor, I am experiencing numbness throughout scattered spots of my face, along with some tingling sensations, that have been going on and off for the last two days, I would like to know what is it caused by? Is it due to lack of vitamins or stress? Why does this happen?
