What Causes Occasional Bleeding After Intercourse?

I have had the Mirena for just over 2 years and have been noticing that i have light spotting after intercourse. It doesn't happen everytime but when it does it can last for up to two days. Could it be because i should be menstruating (i dont have periods anymore)
