What Causes Occasional Itching On My Elbow?

Sir, i am having itching for the past one month in my right elbow, but i am finding this only for few mins, hardly 30 mins, after that time it is not seen
but i am getting this frequently and right now i got a mark in my right elbow.
My friends are telling this may spread through out your body also...
i am bit afraid about this sir....
