What Causes Odd Twinges In Right Ovary?

Hi, I sometimes get the odd twinge in the area of my right ovary. It's really mild and barely noticeable, and more like a little pull or a tug. It seems to happen mostly when I'm curled up or when I've been sitting for a period of time. A few years ago I had one uncomplicated chlamydia infection. What could these infrequent twinges be? I've had them for a few years.
