What Causes Odor And Brown Discharge From Vagina?

i have a bad smell coming from my vagina... it is a really bad smell and when i go to the bathroom i get a strong smell of it...i can even smell it through my pants...i have been noticing some brownish whitish stuff on my underwear.. do you know what it it?
