What Causes Of Dizziness And Nauseous After Inhaling Latex Based Paint?

After painting all day with a latex based paint and wearing a mask, I've have episodes of dizziness, sometimes worse than other times according to how quick I move. I can also describe it as at times it feels like I'm in an airplane gaining altitude, head feels really funny. It makes me somewhat nauseous at times. I will admit also that throughout the day of painting I didn't eat very much so I also feel somewhat shaky and nervous Should I be concerned?
