What Causes On And Off Palpitations, Poking Feeling Near Sternum And Tingling Arms?

Hi, I feel like I am having palpitations on and off but have been checked and my heart is fine. I feel poking feelings mainly on left side near sternum and just recently on the right side as well (randomly on and off). My left arm feels weird at times and my ring and pinky tingle sometimes. Also have had (and may still) pinched nerves in back. Sometimes on the left side under the sternum there is a gurgling sound as if something is releasing.
