What Causes On And Off Swelling In Groin?

i m 30 year female . On and Off swelling on my right groin ..sometimes i feel mild stain on right leg when swelling is on groin else no problem . When ever i lay down i didnt feel any swelling. Doctors was suspecting Hernia .. so they done ultra sound . in ultra sound 2 * 1.6cm Enlarge Lymphnode reported .. Doctors are telling it is normal .. from past 3 month i m seeing this on and off swelling what should i do ..
