What Causes On Intake Of Gynaset While Having Positive UPT?

Hello Dr. I have irregular period. My period delay with 23 days & I had done pregnancy test it's positive. But am unmarried & can't go in hospital. So I take gynaset tab before 3 days to till today. So when I get my period pls pls pls tel me I have so much trees.... Pls pls
