What Causes One Side Facial Blisters And Tingling Sensation?

Hello, I have tingling on the right side of my head, also headache/pain on right side of the head. I have some red bumps that also jusr emerged on scalp/head. My right side of the face is extremely sensitive to touch--almost feels like a sunburn. My right eye has a red bump over it as well as tiny bumps over the eyelid. My right ear is throbbing, some minor intermittent pain.
