What Causes One-sided Pain In Face After Long Hours Of Computer Work?

One month ago After working for long hours with computer I have been feeling like dryness inside the brain that I am not able to feel awaken even after having a coffee
Now a days I started paining one side of the face till neck after looking into computer screen
