What Causes Oozing Of Blood Along With Bad Odour From The Wound In Navel Region?

the top of my belly button is sore, there was then a dark colored discharge and I had cleaned that out then there was a red-like liquid that I also cleaned up and then it was a bit smelly, I cleaned it up and it is clear now but I have no idea what it is.
