What Causes Oozing Of Blood From The TB Jab In An Infant?

My babys tb jab started to ooze in the bath.. it was red this morning also.. she s had the jab done about a month ago now iv cleaned with sterile water will keep doing this a few times a day.. she has her 2nd needles tomorrow should I wait to have those done?
