What Causes Oozing Of Blood From The Scab Above The Eyebrow?

I have a small like zit thing almost scab like above my eyebrow. My father told me it was dry skin but when I took it off thinking it was a zit it went crazy bleeding and brownish blackish stuff came out with the blood along with burning feelings when I applied zit wipes that brought more out, what's the possibility of the thing hidden almost near the top of my eyebrow?
