What Causes Oozing Of Clear Fluid And Blood From The Cyst On Buttocks?

I went to the Dr today cause a bump popped up between my lower back and butter and my Dr said it was a cyst and he scheduled me for surgery to get it removed but a couple hours ago it started leaking clear fluid and just a few minutes ago it started bleeding is that a good or bad sign?
