What Causes Oozing Of Oily White Liquid From The Pores On Skin?

I ve had this skin condition since my teen years. I have an oily white smelly discharge from the pores on my nose and the skin area between my bottom lip and chin that I squeeze and scrub out once a week. Not from my nostrils but from the pores all over my nose. The oily substance fills up my pores and starts to ooze out and my nose gets really shiny and I know it s time to squeeze my nose pores. It smells really disgusting. I ve tried washes, scrubs and masks but nothing helps. I even went to a dermatologist and the Nurse of staff squeezed my nose pores for 30 minutes with instruments for that left my skin bruised for a week. She was amazed by the amount of gunk that came out of my pores. She said she had never seen anything like it and didn t know what to say or do. Sent me home with some products that didn t work. 15 years later I still have the problem. Can anyone tell me what this is and what I can try to remedy this skin issue and reduce the size of the pores on my nose besides referring me to a doctor? Thanks in advance.
