What Causes Oozing Of Pus From The Mole On Breast?

I have a small brown mole on my breast. It recently seen irritated, red and swollen like a pimple. I squeezed it and a small amount of puss came out with a small amount of blood. Is it possible for a mole to do this? I have had it for several years now.
