What Causes Oozing Rash While Suffering From Mononucleosis?

My adult daughter has mono and a severe body rash. Recently the rash is leaving her face but has gotten worse on her vaginal lips. They are red, swollen and oozing and wet all the time. She says it s making it very painful to sit at work. Is this oozing rash normal with mon?
