What Causes Opening Between Vagina And Anus After Delivering Baby?

i had a baby three weeks ago and had to have stitches. i thought things were healing well untill i noticed an opening just between th vagina and anus that wasnt there before. it looks like a slity hole just below the clitoris. is this normal? im really worried something is wrong.
