What Causes Orange Color And Strong Smelling Urine?

The last 3 days, when I void urine first time in AM, there is an odd smell, like boiling cabbage. It is also orange instead of clear. The only new food I ve had is portobello mushrooms. I also have severe arthritis and take Ibuprofen. Never mind, I don t shop on line.
