What Causes Orange Color Period With Family History Of Cancer?

I am 27 and have two children, I just started my period and it's bright orange i have cramps which are normal with your period i know, but i'm also worried that i might not be looking in to this enough. and just want to know if i should freak out about having bright orange blood. Cancer does run in my family could this be a sign?
