What Causes Orange Color Vaginal Discharge And Swollen Stomach?

hi i wud like to know why my tummy has swallon up and i have a feelin of inflamation right above my bikini line? also i have an orange like discharge which is fishy smelling? and when i feel i need to go to bathroom to have a wee i have to run there as i cant hold it in..?
